Caintech have been involved in providing foul and surface water drainage design information to support planning and building warrant applications relating to a number of various building developments on the island of Tanera Mor.

Warehouses at Benromach Distillery, Forres
Caintech worked alongside Narro Associates to provide detailed design of the surface water drainage and road infrastructure which was required as part of the construction of new warehousing within the Benromach Distillery, Forres.
Housing at Burnside, Aviemore
Caintech were appointed to provide the detailed design of the drainage and road infrastructure which was to serve a housing development on the north side of Aviemore, Scotland.
Sophia and Moray East Cable Routes
Caintech Ltd provided all survey support to Volker Infra for the Moray East Cable route, located in Aberdeenshire, the cable extended some 34km in length.
The works included the Original Ground Survey, access route surveys (using mobile mapping techniques), preparation of the site layouts, construction setting out, surveying of the as laid ducts and the prep of the final ‘As built’ layouts. This accounted for 2 years on site with a maximum number of 4 staff on site.
For the Sophia Cable route, Caintech were involved in the 400kV section, again providing on site construction support, carrying out both the setting out and the as built surveys.
